Terms of Service

KivaWrite provides AI-assisted story creation, creative writing tools, image generation tools and related creator features, with additional creative tools planned for the future. Features may evolve over time.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Protect your account credentials and do not share them.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person may not maintain accounts for abuse, fraud or circumvention of limits.

You agree to use KivaWrite responsibly. You must not use the service to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or intended to deceive or defraud.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or abuse the service, its AI providers or its payment systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself without permission.

AI outputs are generated from your inputs and may be imperfect, inaccurate or similar to outputs created for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, especially for factual, real-world or sensitive subjects. Subject to these Terms, you may use the content you generate for personal and commercial creative projects.

KivaWrite and its branding, design and software belong to KivaWrite. Your stories, ideas and the creative direction you provide remain yours. You grant KivaWrite the limited right to process your content to operate the service (for example, to generate and store your outputs).

Some actions consume credits or require a paid plan. Costs are shown before generation. Purchases are processed by our payment providers, and our Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation features depend on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be delayed, rate-limited or unavailable.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. Where practical, we will notify you and explain the reason.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KivaWrite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and KivaWrite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from AI-generated content you choose to use or publish.
