• Account information: your name, email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• User profile information: profile details you choose to add or edit.
• User-created content: stories, ideas, prompts, characters, scenes and other creative material you produce with KivaWrite.
• Generated content: stories, image prompts, images and other outputs created for you by our AI features.
• Image generation requests: the prompts, visual preferences and settings you submit to image generation.
• Usage data: how you interact with the product, such as features used, generation activity and credit transactions.
• Payment-related information: purchases are processed by our payment providers (for example Flutterwave). KivaWrite does not store your full card details; we receive transaction references, amounts and statuses.

• Providing and operating KivaWrite services, including story, image and content generation.
• Account management and authentication.
• Processing payments, subscriptions and credit purchases.
• Improving the product, including reliability, safety and feature development.
• Providing customer support and responding to requests.

KivaWrite uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate stories, prompts and images from the content you submit. Your prompts and story content are sent to these providers solely to produce the output you request. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private projects to advertise to you.

Generated images are stored in private cloud storage tied to your account, accessible only through your authenticated session or time-limited signed links. Payment operations are verified server-side. Access to account data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

• Access and update your profile information from your account settings.
• Request a copy of your content or account data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated content.
• Withdraw from marketing communications at any time.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your projects, generated content and personal information within a reasonable period, except where records must be kept for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment transaction records).
